On 02/25/23 Clinton Police arrested Todd L. Ward-Ellison 57, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Ward-Ellison was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
