On 06/05/23 Clinton Police arrested Eric L. Smith 40, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C greater than .08. Smith was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
