Shanna Sturgeon, 43, Heyworth, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Sturgeon was released with No Required Court Appearance.

Blaine Zbinden, 18, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (85 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Zbinden was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Tyler Hendrix, 21, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Criminal Trespass Building.  Hendrix was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Belinda Houston, 54, Clinton, was arrested and charged and issued a citation for with Criminal Trespass to Real Property.  Houston was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Bara Judeh, 23, Champaign, was issued a Citation for Speeding (92 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Judeh was released with a Required Court Appearance.
