On 06/07/24 Clinton Police investigated a property damage accident at Rt 54 East & E. Main St. A vehicle driven by Lynn A. Hawkins 61, Farmer City was traveling west on Rt 54 when a vehicle driven by Stephanie K. Durbin 21, Clinton was traveling west on Main St. Durbin stopped at the stop sign and proceeded into the intersection where the vehicle collided. Durbin was issued citations for Driving while License Suspended and Disobeying Traffic Control Device. Durbin was issued Notice to Appear in Court.
On 06/09/24 Clinton Police arrested Nicole I. Kessler 39, Clinton for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kessler was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections for processing.
