Tristan Keller, 18, Rochester, was issued a Citation for Illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage.  Keller was released with No Required Court Appearance.
Mario Navarrete-Gonzalez, 37, Norfolk, NE, was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended.  Navarrete-Gonzalez was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Bradford Downs, 51, Wapella, was issued Citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Operating MV While Registration is Suspended for Mandatory Insurance.  Downs was released with a Required Court Appearance.
