Rulber Funes-Martinez, 35, Clinton, was Arrested and Charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle With no Valid License, Permit, or Restricted Driving permit.  Funes-Martinez was issued Citations for Speeding (90 mph in a 65 mph zone) and No Valid Driver’s License.

Brandon Sanchez, 25, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Crim DMG to Prop $500-10K.
