Dee Remmers, 46, Farmer City, was issued Citations for Illegal Transportation Alcohol; Failure to Report Accident to Police/Authority, and Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in Motor Vehicle Outside Approved Container.  Remmers was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jessica Moss, 33, Decatur, was issued Citations for No Valid Registration/Expired and Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Moss was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Kalvin Hines, 27, Peoria, was issued Citations for Registration Suspended and Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Hines was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Danielle Sellner, 43, Waynesville, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.
Michael Ellis, 27, Warrensburg, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Agg Fleeing/2+ Con DVC/2nd.  

Garan Brown, 43, Springfield, was arrested and charged with Retail Theft – Taking Merchandise from Retail Establishment with Intent to Deprive Merchant Without Paying.  

William Roof, 26, Oreana, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Roof was released with no Required Court Appearance.
