11/29/24 Lacey Wey 32, Clinton was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. Wey was given a notice to appear.

11/30/24 Robert Rybolt 54, Clinton was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle. Rybolt was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.
