Dillon Macewan, 18, Pekin, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Macewan was released with no Required Court Appearance.

Steven Stapleton, 72, Clinton, was issued Citations for Operating MV While reg. is Suspended for MI and Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Stapleton was released with a Required Court Appearance.
