Jared White, 34, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Battery.  

Kisha Staley, 45, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 in a 55 mph zone).  Staley was released with no Required Court Appearance.

Mauricio Gonzalez, 23, Urbana, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Gonzalez was released with no Required Court Appearance.
