Billy Reynolds, 58, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Driving RVK/Susp DUI/SSS 2nd.  
Isaac Graham, 28, Paris, was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.  
Preston Bettinger, 20, Monticello was arrested and charged with DUI- Alcohol Concentration in Blood or Breath 0.08 or more and DUI-Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Bettinger was issued Citations for Improper Lane Usage, and 2 counts of Driving Under Influence.
