07/28/25 Susan Underwood 70, Clinton was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Underwood was issued a notice to appear.

07/30/25 Ronald Dodd 56, Clinton was issued citations for operating a vehicle with suspended registration and no insurance. Dodd was issued a notice to appear.

07/30/25 Jennifer Park 48, Decatur was issued a citation for aggravated speed. Park was issued a notice to appear.

08/02/25 Zeira Heredia Ramirez 42, Clinton was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver’s license.  Heredia Ramirez was issued a notice to appear.

Arrests:

08/03/25 Richard Holmes 62, Clinton was charged with unlawful restraint and aggravated battery-person with a disability. Holmes was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

08/02/25 Kaley Eden 37, Clinton was charged with domestic battery. Eden was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.
