Margaret Crutcher, 71, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding 26 to 35 mph above limit (90 in a 55 mph zone).  Crutcher was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Nicholas Delby, 39, Kenney, was arrested, charged and issued a Citation for Driving While Driver’s License, Permit or Privilege to Operate Motor Vehicle is Suspended or Revoked.  
Stephanie Fry, 50, Springfield, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrants charging her with 2 counts of Violate Order Protection.  
James Michael-Aaron Houser, 47, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.
Carolyn Fehrlen, 58, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Possession of Meth <5 Grams. 
Silvestre Sanchez, 56, Kewanee, was issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  Sanchez was released with no Required Court Appearance.
