Nathan Diluvio, 44, Louisa, KY, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Diluvio was given a Promise to Comply and was released.
Jeffrey Granda, 48, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with DUI-Under the Influence of Alcohol.  
Margaret Crutcher, 71, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Speeding 26-34 MPH Over Limit.
