10/25/25 Justice Smith-Thomas 27, Clinton was issued citations for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration, improper lane usage and duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property. Smith-Thomas was issued a notice to appear. 

10/29/25 Emily Weber 27, Bloomington was issued a citation for speed.

10/31/25 Gabrielle Cuttill 29, Decatur was issued citations for operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle with expired registration. Cuttill was issued a notice to appear.

Arrests:

10/29/25 Rachel McGhee 36, Clinton was charged with obstructing a peace officer and cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger. McGhee was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

10/29/25 Izick Olvera 20, Clinton was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of firearm ammunition -no FOID. Olvera was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

10/30/25 Naquita Marshall 31, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County warrant and also charged with aggravated battery in a public place. Marshall was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.
