02/24/26 Walker Leimbach 22, Clinton was issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Leimbach was issued a notice to appear.

03/01/26 James Bolton 36, Clinton was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Bolton was issued a notice to appear.

02/25/26 James Forehand 44, Clinton was charged with domestic battery. Forehand was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

02/27/26 Emily Santarelli 22, Riverton was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of adult use cannabis by driver and illegal transportation of alcohol by driver. Santarelli was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

02/27/26 Evan Williams 19, Jacksonville was charged with possession of adult use cannabis by a passenger. Williams was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

02/27/26 Timothy Collins 64, Bloomington was charged with Speeding, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while driver’s license revoked, aggravated DUI when driving privileges revoked for DUI / reckless homicide, aggravated DUI violation for third or subsequent time, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, operating a vehicle with expired registration, driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cannabis by driver. Collins was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.
