Steve Ritchey, 47, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Ritchey was released with no Required Court Appearance.
Karen Duran, 56, Normal, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Duran was released with no Required Court Appearance.
