On 11/13/23 Clinton Police arrested Damon A. Marten 44, Mason City for Aggravated Identity Theft, a Sangamon County Warrant and a Logan County Warrant. Marten was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 11/06/23 Clinton Police arrested Phillip A. Reynolds 41, Brookings, OR for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Reynolds was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Arrests: 

On October 31, 2023 Clinton Police arrested James L. Hardy, 28, Decatur for the offenses of Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer, Obstructing Justice and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Hardy was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On November 1, 2023 Clinton Police arrested Joshua L. Fatheree, 35, Clinton for an active arrest warrant out of Macon County, IL. Fatheree was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.
