A local extension office is inviting students and their grandmas to make memories in the kitchen, while also learning the rules of the kitchen. 

Caitlin Mellendorf, Nutrition Educator with the University of Illinois Extension in DeWitt, Macon, and Piatt Counties, explains that on July 16th at the DeWitt County Extension Office in Clinton, grandmas and their grandkids can learn basic cooking skills and build relationships. The event will be at the Maroa Library the following day.
