Hearon Blevins, 19, Bloomington, was issued citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Speeding (80 mph in a 45 mph zone). Blevens was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Zackary Anderson, 27, Peoria, was issued a citation for Speeding (92 mph in a 55 mph zone).

Anderson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Brandon Willhoite, 30, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm. Willhoite posted the necessary bond and was released.

Donald Ray Jr. Jessie, 40, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with Domestic BTRY/Physical Contact; Crim Damage to Property <$500. Jessie, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Becky Winter, 39, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with DRVG Under Influ of Alcohol/FTA. Winter posted the necessary bond and was released.

Whitney Adamson, 30, Mahomet, was issued a citation for Operating uninsured Vehicle. Adamson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Scott Islam, 59, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Driving on Revoked License; Poss Amt Con Sub Except (A)(D); Possess Drug Paraphernalia; Operate Uninsured MTR Vehicle. Islam was issued citations for Driving While License Revoked and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Islam, unable to post the necessary bond remain lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Josey Isaac, 22, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Unlwfl Poss Cannabis/Driver and issued a citation for Unlawful Transportation of Adult Use Cannabis. Isaac, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Dakota Rice, 20, Monticello was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Speeding 35+ MPH Over Limit/FTA. Rice, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Khander Farooqui, 31, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Farooqui was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Karina Barraza, 29, Aurora, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Possession of a Controlled Substance/Delivery of a Controlled Substance/Possession of a Controlled Substance/Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver/FTA. Barraza posted the necessary bond and was released.

On December 6, 2019 Clinton Police arrested John W. Waterman, 45, Clinton for the offenses of Possession of Meth<5gms and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Waterman was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On December 8, 2019 Clinton Police arrested Lilly A. Hosler, 18, Peoria, IL for the offenses of Aggravated Battery and Resisting a Peace Officer. Hosler was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections personnel for processing. 

On December 8, 2019 Clinton Police arrested Ahmet Eljezi, 29, Centralia, IL for Driving While License Suspended. Eljezi was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections personnel for processing, pending the posting of bond.

On 11/27/19 /Clinton Police arrested Justin M. Fry 29, Bloomington for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Hypodermic Needle/Syringe. Fry was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 11/30/19 Clinton Police investigated a property damage accident in the 200 block E. Washington St. A vehicle driven by Nicole M. Pruser 21, Leroy was westbound and crossed over into the eastbound lane and collided with a light pole. Pruser was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Pruser was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 11/30/19 Clinton Police arrested Terrance L. Phillips Jr 32, Decatur for Expired D/L more than 1 year. Phillips was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 12/01/19 Clinton Police issued a citation to Anthony Tyus 42, Bloomington. Tyus was released on a Notice to Appear in Court.

Johathan Pickett, 43, Bloomington, was issued citations for Illegal Transportation Alcohol, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, and Driving While License Revoked. Pickett, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Stacy Lane, 43, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Criminal Trespass to Real Property. Lane, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Jasman Severado, 20, Westville, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Speeding 26-34 MPH Over Limit. Severado posted the necessary bond and was released.

Joshua Roy, 36, Wapella was arrested and charged with Domestic BTRY/Physical Contact. Roy, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
