On 05/22/20 Clinton Police Department investigated a Hit & Run accident at the corner of Center & Woodlawn. A vehicle had struck a sign and power pole and then proceeded southbound on Center Street. On 05/28/20 Clinton Police issued citations to Zion Q. Hoffman 19, Clinton for Failure to Report Accident to Police, and Duty upon Damaging unattended Property/Vehicle. Hoffman was issued a Notice to Appear in Court.

On 05/28/20 Clinton Police issued Notice to Appear for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Kelsey R. Skelton 34, Lincoln and Jeffrey A. Gray 40, Lincoln.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW

On 05/22/20 Clinton Police arrested Audrey L. Barry 33, Clinton for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Brett A. Williams 32, Clinton for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Bother subjects were released on a Notice to Appear in court.

On 05/23/20 Clinton Police arrested Zion Q. Hoffman 19, Clinton for Disorderly Conduct, No FOID card and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Hoffman was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 05/24/20 Clinton Police arrested Jordan M. Thomas 21, Clinton for Aggravated Battery. Thomas was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
